Christmas Decor Idea
Next, this little wreath looks hard, but it actually seems to be pretty easy as well, just more steps to take

Onto the topiary. I realized this is probably pretty easy, but I made ornament trees last year and there where a bit of a pain. I LOVE the finished product, but I doubt I will make more. I wonder if the ball will be easier than the tree though.
It's beginning to look alot like Christmas :)
KNETTEAM 12 days of Christmas Sale.
Thanksgiving.
I know I've become such a slacker in the blogging department lately. It just seems like life gets in the way of everything I have on my to-do list. However, being Thanksgiving week, I wanted to get one special post out and I promise to try and make a better effort in December to keep up with the blog.
I'll start with a few beautiful Thanksgiving treats (in case you are up for some last minute shopping)
The first is a cute little bib coming from krispybananakids. She actaully has lots of great holiday cuties for your cuties. Perfect baby accessory for that big Turkey (or tofurkey) dinner.

Cranapple Cobbler. yummy!
You all know by now I love my craft and my furbabies, but I bet you didn't know I love to bake. Every year around this time my husband starts bugging me to make this particular dessert. I caved yesterday and decided I bake it just for him (and the rest of our bible study group). Took that opportunity to photograph the results and share the recipe to all of you.
This recipe is for a 9x9 dish, you will notice my photos are of a 9x13. I don't have a recipe for a 9x13, I just add extra of everything until it looks right. So if you are a recipe follower, use the 9x9 pan :)
Cranapple Cobbler
ingredents:
1 large granny smith apple
1 bag of cranberries (or about 3/4 lb of fresh)
1/4 c orange juice
1 c flour
1 3/4 c brown sugar (no one said this was a healthy dish)
1 1/2 c oatmeal, not quick bake
2 sticks butter
peel apple and slice very thin.
mix apple slices with cranberries in a bowl along with 1/2 cup of the brown sugar and all the orange juice.
pour into a greased 9x9 pan
bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes or until the top is golden and the fruit is just bubbling out.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream for extra yumminess.
and don't forget to enter the teamcac giveaway if you haven't already. TONS of awesome things waiting to be won!. See the post right under this one for details.
